Life is a constant struggle of balancing our body on both a physical and emotional side. Through yoga I have learned several life lessons. Yoga 308 is a goal I set for myself to do at least 60 minutes of yoga for 6 days a week for the next year. I invite anyone to join me on this adventure as I blog about some of my daily experiences. This is not intended to show that I have found peace and tranquility, but rather give my honest feelings of my journey. Enjoy.
During meditation centre had us visualize all of our worries, fears, and people who no longer served us to be put into a brown box and then left outside for someone to collect.  I thought through a lot of these things that I have been holding onto.  I felt like I had too many boxes in my closet, and actually visualized myself kicking these boxes one at a time out the front door.  I began to realize that as happy as I was this last week, I still have a lot of areas to grow.  Some of my things are starting to be let go.
